Episode 12: Gen Z vs Millennials

They are different, more daring, more laidback, non-conforming, and they have their own special ways of communication. They've grown up immersed in a digital world, fluent in the language of social media, memes, and instant connections. I am of course talking about members of Gen Z, those who were born between 1997 and 2012. They are both criticized and idolized at times, both of which I find extreme and maybe even irrational. So, here we are trying to get a better perspective; how are millennials and Gen Z members really different? Today, I’m excited to welcome our guest, Sarvin! Sarvin is an English teacher and a passionate language learner, and as a member of Gen Z, she'll be helping us explore their world in comparison to that of millennials.
