This week we were forced to stray against our typical procedure for covering a case. This episode is saturated with pieces of the perp and the pure evil that grew within her. A chameleon of sorts- she blended, shifted, & morphed into what was needed to complete her crimes, until she was ultimately caught. Living proof that you can’t always judge a book by its cover. Most importantly though— we want to honor the lives taken, especially since media coverage did not sway towards the victims’ backgrounds in this case.
